Westlake office building sold to Maryland investor

Moore & Associates, an avid Austin office building investor over the years, has added another asset to its portfolio: Westlake Place at 1515 S. Capital of Texas Highway.

New CEO to lead one of Austin’s hottest, and coolest, companies

Yeti Coolers LLC has named Matt Reintjes as its CEO, taking over for co-founder and CEO Roy Seiders, who will become the company’s chairman and help guide strategic direction and new product development.

Houston REIT spends millions on third upscale retail center in Austin

Whitestone REIT (NYSE: WSR) has put more money on the line in the Austin market with the acquisition of Quinlan Crossing retail center.
