Company founded to save RadioShack filing for bankruptcy, report says

Two years after Fort Worth electronics retailer RadioShack filed for bankruptcy, a company created to save the brand could be submitting its own filings, Bloomberg reported.
General Wireless Operations was formed in a partnership between RadioShack creditor Standard General LP and Sprint Corp. with the goal of saving the RadioShack (OTC: RSH) brand after the company filed for Chapter 11 in 2015.
At that time, RadioShack closed about half of its 4,000 stores and sold another 1,700 to Standard General.…
