Austin cancer-fighting startup to rejoin public company it spun out from in 2012

Pelican Therapeutics Inc., which last year received a $15.2 million state grant to develop cancer-fighting immunotherapy treatments, has rejoined the publicly traded company that it spun out from more than four years ago.
