Lat Pulldowns: Get More by Isolating Your Lats

CJ shows how you can target more lats during your Pulldowns by simply changing a couple of key things. Now keep in mind this is talking to those looking for muscle growth primarily.

The key takeaways
– exaggerate your grip by being super wide on the bar. This limits elbow flexion and forces the lats to take up even more of the weight.
– scoot your hips up to the pad to force the center of gravity over the top of your spine. This allows a greater range of motion and allows you to initiate the contraction from a stretched position.
