Texas part of $33 million settlement with Johnson & Johnson

Texas is among 43 states whose attorneys general have reached a $33 million settlement with Johnson & Johnson Inc. over allegations that the company’s over-the-counter drugs didn’t comply with federal standards.
Texas’ portion of the settlement, announced Wednesday, will be more than $2.2 million.
