It’s called PYRAMID PULL UPS and it’s all you need to build muscle, burn calories, and get a serious workout using only your bodyweight!

Here’s the workout:

1 Pull Up
10 Push Ups
2 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
3 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups

Continue all the way up until you get to 10 pull ups and 10 push ups, then work your way back down the pull up ladder while still doing 10 push ups in between every set of push ups!
